1/2 day executive workshop

This compact workshop addresses a live issue currently facing your business. Together we will define the dilemma, articulate direct and indirect goals and then dive into potential approaches to address the dilemma. Next steps include prioritized approaches to addressing the dilemma and signs to recognize when you need to reassess.

Two-day problem prioritization workshop

This workshop begins with pre-work from both business and technical teams to define a dilemma they are currently facing and the challenges in their way. Over the 2 day workshop, the team will vet possible approaches to resolving the dilemma, based on business benefits and technical effort. At the end of the workshop the two sides will have a path forward as well as a clearer understanding of each other.
